Navista’s customer focused Quality Principles and Policies are designed to be specific and unambiguous and insure that all activities ultimately serve our customer's vital interests.

 

1.     Navista will protect its customer‘s interests by utilizing legitimate and responsible business and manufacturing practices.

2.     Customer satisfaction is necessary for Navista’s economic success.

3.     Customer needs will define Navista’s quality objectives.  Quality objectives will be defined by unambiguous metrics.

4.     100% quality means complete fulfillment of commitments to the customer and meeting customer expectations.

Quality Management System

 

The foundation of Navista's Quality Management System (QMS) is ISO 9001:2000 with emphasis on Quality Planning and Quality Control. 

 

Quality Planning:

 

·            All product specifications and requirements are understood before manufacturing

·            Critical-to-Process features are determined for each part and product

·            PFMEA is performed for all critical manufacturing processes

 

Quality Control:

 

·            Measurement, inspection and process control plans are used for every product and process

·            Process capability for every manufacturing step is understood

·            Final inspection is performed to MIL-STD-105E, AQL 1.0%, Level: II, Type: Normal, C=0

 

Navista's structured, straightforward and unambiguous approach towards quality management in China assures its customers of stable and predictable product quality.

 


 

Performance Objectives

 

Navista’s own performance objectives are aligned with customer requirements and the requirements of the diverse and demanding industries they serve.

 

Internal Quality Objectives:

 

·            Outgoing DPMO ≤ 500 (ppm)

·            Process Cpk ≥ 1.33

·            On Time Delivery to Customer Need ≥ 95%

·            On Time Delivery to Commitment ≥ 98%

·            Customer Satisfaction = 100%
